HOW TO BUILD A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (2)

As a life coach I have seen that those who have poor and negative attitude always blame everybody and everything for their failure in life. As a human being it is your responsibility to take care of your front line. No matter your family background or educational qualification. You are the one to change and build a more positive attitude.
If you want to build and maintain a positive attitude, you have to consciously follow and practice these eight steps.
1.      Change the way you see things; look out for the positives. 2. Don’t procrastinate. 3. Always show gratitude. 4. Keep learning. 5. Build a positive self-esteem. 6. Avoid negative influence. 7. Turn your duties into fun. 8. Every morning start with something positive.
1.      CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEE THINGS; LOOK OUT FOR THE POSITIVES. In dealing with different individuals you must understand that we are all unique and different. Do not try to compare two different persons.
Human beings are like gold or crude oil. Before you can get a pure gold or petrol from crude oil you have first of all refine it.
If you are looking for gold you must meet so much dirt on your way but because you know that what you are looking for is not dirt. You keep being positive until you get your gold.
2.      DON’T PROCRASTINATE. Procrastination is said to be a thief of time. Always do those things that you are supposed to do when you are supposed to them. Don’t joke with your class work or your house wok.
Do not for any reason waste your life in the name of I will do it someday. Shiv Khera says, “When people say I will do it one of these days, you can be sure it means none of these days.”
Mark these; life is not a dress rehearsal, we have got only one shot at life. So the stakes are too high never play away your life.
Benjamin Franklin said, “never keep what you should do today for tomorrow.”
Great people are those who try not procrastinate even when the temptations are high.
3.      ALWAYS SHOW GRATITUDE. We all like to be told thank you. In your everyday dealing with people make sure you the principle of saying thank you, I am grateful. Always find a way of showing those that are leading you that you are grateful for all they have done for you; even when you don’t want to.
Count your blessings not your troubles. Think about your parents, teachers at school and those you meet everyday who have in one way or the other touched your life positively. Tell them thank you.
Your friends, parents and teachers will love you more if you show a little sign of gratitude.
4.      KEEP LEARNING. Leaning is a journey not a destination. Nobody under this sun can say that he/she has come to final bus stop of learning.
If one stops learning he will grow lean. The person will stop being productive or profitable both to himself/herself and to others around him/her.
It is said that, “our minds are like a parachute the more you stretch it the more it gets open.”
You must know that learning has not taken place unless one behavior has changed.
